The background was made by stamping the wonderful plant image from Nature Walk onto some Confetti Cream card stock using three different greens, stamping a couple of times without re-inking. Confetti card stock has beautiful speckles in it which I think adds a lot to the nature-style image. I chopped the panel into three pieces and sponged the edges which creates a lovely light effect.
I use this background and this layout quite a lot and ring the changes by adding different embellishments, sometimes a butterfly or flowers and in this case the Autumn Days leaf, stamped in these gorgeous glowing colours and attached with glue dots. The sentiment is from another of my well-used stamp sets - Thank You Kindly.
Supplies needed for this card:
Stamps: Nature Walk, Autumn Days, Thank You Kindly
Ink: Certainly Celery, Old Olive, Always Artichoke, Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, More Mustard, Peach Parfait
Card stock: Naturals Ivory, Confetti Cream
Other: Stamp-a-majig, paper snips

My oldest son has very kindly just made me a cup of tea and it brought back memories of when he was tiny - he always used to say: "Mummy, would you like some cup of tea?" rather than "would you like A cup of tea?" I'll never forget the admiring look on all my little tots' faces when I made a hissing noise to represent liquid being poured from their toy tea pot and why is it that they enjoyed adding copious amounts of 'milk' and 'sugar' when none of us have ever had milk or sugar in tea in our house?!!!
It's Three Minute Thursday here tomorrow and I'll have another speedy Christmas card to show you if you fancy that! Thank you so much for visiting me today and I'll see you soon.
Hugs,
Another beauty of a card! LOVE THIS!
