Sale-a-bration is a wonderful time to join Stampin' Up too because as well as the amazing value starter kit, you get to choose an extra stamp set of any value absolutely free! I can honestly say that joining Stampin' Up has been one of the best things I've ever done and have no hesitation in recommending it, whether you're aiming to start a business or simply cover the cost of your hobby. If you've been wondering if it might be right for you, just send me an email or give me a call. I can give you all the information you'll need to make up your own mind without pressurising you in any way.
One of my favourite Sale-a-bration offerings this year is the Everyday Enchantment paper pack. I'd need many extra hours in the day to show you everything I've made with these gorgeous papers but come and see a little thank you set I made to show off one of the designs:
All Stampin' Up colours coordinate so it's easy to pick out various colours from the pattern and choose matching card stock for the card base and contrasting trim. I stamped a sentiment on one of the labels from my Lots of Tags die as well as some flowers and swirls from Fresh Vintage, the free Sale-a-bration stamp set that coordinates with this particular paper.
I teamed my card with a little treat holder made with one of the tags on my Two Tags die. These are much bigger than the Lots of Tags, and this one is the perfect size to house one of my favourite Green and Blacks organic chocolates.
I made some of these for one of my Stampers 6 groups. It's always fun to find handmade goodies when you're opening a parcel, don't you think?!
Here's what you need to make today's card:
Stamps: Fresh Vintage (Sale-a-bration freebie), Sincere Salutations
Ink: Real Red, Pool Party, Lucky Limeade, Crumb Cake for sponging the edges of the DP
Card stock: Very Vanilla, Pool Party, Lucky Limeade
Other: Lots of Tags sizzlits die, Big Shot, markers, corner rounder, stamp-a-majig
And the treat:
Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Crumb Cake for sponging the edges of the DP
Card stock: Pool Party, scrap of Very Vanilla
Other: Two Tags Bigz die, Big Shot, Real Red marker, corner rounder, jewellery tag punch, 1/8" taffeta ribbon in Old Olive, linen thread

I had to smile while I was typing the bit about getting an extra stamp set absolutely free, as my youngest son's interpretation of the line from a song: 'snakes in the grass are absolutely free' (see the end of this post) has been a running joke over the last couple of days. He made me hoot with laughter yesterday though when he told me that he thought they might have made a mistake with the song. "Perhaps they meant snacks Mummy," he suggested. "'Snacks in the grass are absolutely free' makes much more sense!" Er... I don't think so!
Have a great weekend and I'll see you very soon.
Hugs,
