Everything Eleanor in one layer

It's Three Minute Thursday here today! Every Thursday I share a card that is really quick to make but that packs a visual punch - well I hope so anyway! If you have a look for Three Minute Thursday on the index on my side bar you'll find lots more useful speedy designs. Come and have a look at today's:

This is a one layer card that relies on a collage-style stamping for its effect. The position of the various elements is important so it's best to use a stamp-a-majig for at least some of the stamping - I stamped the label and the flowers (look closely for those!) 'free hand' but used my stamp-a-majig for the flourish, the sentiment and the bird. All the images are from  Everything Eleanor - and I really don't think there is any end to the variety of projects you can make with this amazing set! The sentiment is a lovely flowing one from Thank You Kindly which has really earned its place in my stamp collection.

I shall enter this card into this week's Addicted To Stamps challenge where the team are looking for CAS cards. I was absolutely delighted to win top spot last week with this card!

Here's what you'll need to make today's card:
Stamps: Everything Eleanor, Thank You Kindly
Ink: Pretty in Pink, Always Artichoke, Early Espresso, Soft Suede
Card stockVery Vanilla
Other: Stamp-a-majig

I'm afraid I'm losing the plot a bit this week. Yesterday, with only three days to go until the end of term, we were all late getting up in the morning. It was my youngest son's Leavers' Assembly so I was ever so slightly frustrated when, five minutes after we should have left the house, he came downstairs with one shoe on asking whether anyone had seen the other one... I uttered some choice phrases indicating that we weren't leaving until he'd found his other shoe and then, five minutes later, ushered him into the car wearing trainers. Oh dear, roll on the end of the week!

See you tomorrow,

Lol about the missing shoe. I always get the question "I've done my laces up too tight, can you please undo them mum?". Grrr.
