3"x3"notelets - Cottage Wall

One of the things I love about my job is that I get to meet such a lot of interesting people. Today I was giving a talk to a group of ladies from the WI and had a lovely time chatting with them afterwards. I was so touched when, at the end of my talk, they presented me with a potted plant arrangement - it is very true that little gestures like this mean a lot to people.

I demonstrated one of my little bagalopes (see here and here and here) and one of those pretty 'sour cream' containers using the Cottage Wall designer paper I'm so fond of. These little pouches make the perfect container for chocolates or other sweets or a small gift and are so quick and easy to make.

After the talk I was able to hand out the little samples I'd made for the group. I'd made some of them with Cottage Wall paper and thought I'd show them today as they coordinate with the sour cream pouches.

Summer is about to begin and these pretty invites are the ideal way to get a party started...

... just as soon as you've shaken off that summer cold!

  4. Sounds like you're really enjoying your job as a demonstrator, Vicky -- makes me smile. Glad you're having fun! I've never made those little sour cream holders. I'll have to stick that in my "things to try" file. :)
