Just keep smiling! This particular smile comes from the Happy Day stamp set and is a real favourite of mine - as is the gorgeous textured card stock.
You can see the topper more easily in this photo. I masked half a die cut oval and sponged in a sky with Pool Party ink. The 'smile' sentiment was stamped over the top and the 'i' replaced with a fir tree cut with the Merry Minis punch. I added snow with my Chalk Marker (LOVE this!) and popped a gem on the top of the tree.
Here's what you'll need to make this project
Stamps: Happy Day, Remembering Christmas
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Pool Party
Card stock: Naturals White, Whisper White smooth, Cherry Cobbler textured
Other: Ovals framelits, Big Shot, Merry Minis punch pack, Basic Rhinestones, Chalk Marker, Cherry Cobbler bakers twine, stamp-a-majig
but if you have any queries, or prefer to speak to me, I'm always happy to help.
Sometimes you wonder how you're going to fit everything on your 'to do' list in! The other morning I was outlining how I was going to drop one person off here, meet another there, make my appointment at another place etc. "It's going to have to be a military-style operation!" I said. "Oooh," squealed my daughter. "Does that mean I can wear a pair of totally cute camo shorts?!" I write these things down because my daughter makes me laugh but I really hope you understand that she is only joking. She is certainly no air-headed fashion victim and has an unerring ear for the ludicrous!
See you tomorrow for a bit of present wrapping perhaps!

ReplyDeleteOh I am at sixes and sevens with Christmas this year - if it happens, it happens; if not, we'll survive! Gorgeous card, and a timely reminder that Christmas is supposed to be FUN, right?! xxxx
