Forget grey skies - Sale-a-bration is coming!

If you're looking for Sale-a-bration sneak peeks, you've come to the right place! This is the second day in my week of showcasing the fabulous stamp sets and accessories that you'll be able to get your hands on for free in the promotion at the end of this month. Today I've used a gorgeous graphic set called See Ya Later. I love this kind of typography and who could feel down after receiving a card like this?! There are three more beautifully designed typographic-style images in this free set, all with a little image that's just right for embellishing.

I inked my stamp up with markers to get a multi-coloured image, then stamped my cloud image on the back of Stampin' Up's Silver Foil card stock and cut it out with my sharp paper snips before glueing over the original.

Forget a cloud with a silver lining, my cloud is silver all over! And so can yours be during Sale-a-bration!

After the leaden skies and persistent rain of last week, Buckingham is enjoying a cold but bright spell and it's a pleasure to be out in my tiny garden again. There's not much going on out there but I'm pleased to see the vibernum, which has been blighted by some nasty bug for the last couple of years, seems to be doing better. I've been cutting away the diseased bits and pruning it hard, so I'm taking all the credit for its recovery!
