Since Sale-a-bration started, I've been sending out smiles, both the kind made by curling up the corners of my mouth AND metaphorical ones made out of card stock and ink! Come and see:
I love the font, the generous size of it and the way the 'i' is an open invitation to embellish! I've previously used a Christmas tree instead of it, hearts and flowers to dot it and this sparkling gem is another winner that fits beautifully with the idea of a smile.
I sent out lots of these, together with the spring/summer catalogue and the Sale-a-bration leaflet - all full of gorgeous inspiration! If you haven't yet received yours, send me an email and I'll get them sent to you straight away.

That funny little cat just hasn't managed to grasp that while we're fond of her sitting on our laps, sitting on our laptops is not acceptable!
Your comments yesterday made me smile too. It was lovely to read them - thank you so much for indulging me as I went to Mumland!
It'll be Three Minute Thursday on my blog tomorrow and I'll have not just one, but THREE quick cards to show you! See you then,
Well done to your son (from yesterday's blog)!!!
ReplyDeleteWhy do cats seem to like being where they are not supposed to be? I really enjoy reading about your family's anecdotes almost as much as I love seeing all your lovely creations.
Well Vicky . . . I'm here to say THANK YOU for giving me 3 smiles already . . . (1) your pretty card made me smile; (2) your words about your changing people's live made me smile and (3) Tuppence's picture made me smile!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sarn xxx
Such a pretty card and it would make anyone smile.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your win at Colour ME, well deserved :)
I love the soft colors on your pretty card, The bling is just enough. I have to agree with your supermarket friend, I only stamp for friends and family but in my case blogging has been wonderful. I'm home pretty much all the time and connecting with other stamping gals has been wonderful. I try to get out for a day at least a couple of times a month and it's always stamp related. So stamping for me is a great hobby. I love your cat. So funny that he knows that is a "lap" top!
ReplyDeleteHi Vicky
ReplyDeleteFabulous card.... Love those stamps and the soft colours.... Stunning as always....
Hugs Sylvie xx
Pinned the card - loved the heartwarming story and that photo of your cat and daughter is so cute!!
ReplyDeletePretty little cards, as always, and cats just love to sit in the most ridiculous places, it's part of their charm!
ReplyDeleteOh, and congrats to your son, he did very well! xxx

ReplyDeleteI've just learned that the results have come back from the secret scientific testing I have done since knowing you, Vicky, and it is true, you are a machine! I wish you could bottle up that enthusiasm and energy and talent!!!
ReplyDeleteFantastic photo of your beautiful daughter and very naughty Tuppence!! Hugs, Darnell
