Something Fishy nautical birthday

Sometimes things come to me in my sleep - like this nautical little number:

I think if I were making it again, I'd pop the red panel up on dimensionals and have the fish on one panel behind. D'you know, if someone were to tell me that I had to choose one ribbon to use on all my cards, I would choose linen thread (I know it's not really a ribbon but you get my point...) I love it!

Supplies:
Stamps: Basic Phrases
Ink: Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Summer Sun, Sage Shadow, Brilliant Blue
Card stock: Whisper White, Brilliant Blue, Real Red
Other: Something Fishy jumbo wheel, Linen Thread, silver brads, silver eyelets, 1 3/4" and 1 3/8" circle punches

Making this card got me thinking about hot summer evenings with sand between my toes... but actually there'll be a sharp frost tonight. I'm off to get a hot water bottle!
See you soon.
