Itty Bitty Buds coordinated gift set

One of my favourite things to create is a coordinating gift set. There's something so satisfying about buying a present for someone and matching the card and wrapping to it. Summer is back in Buckingham today and it seems a very good time to show you this little set:

I bought the flip flops from Monsoon - aren't they adorable?

I made the card by stamping a ditsy pattern on Whisper White card stock with the Itty Bitty Buds hostess set, using colours that matched those on the flip flops. I added a strip of Mambo card stock, scalloped with the scallop border punch, then topped that with cut-out Melon Mambo letters and Playgound designer buttons.

I was having so much fun that I couldn't resist making a bagalope to pop them in.

The bag features my Itty Bitty Buds ditsy print again. I didn't have any matching ribbon so I just coloured some white grosgrain ribbon with a Pink Passion marker - it works brilliantly! The tag was made with Melon Mambo cardstock punched with the scallop circle and whisper white punched with the 1 1/4" circle punch. I stamped the happy birthday sentiment from vintage labels and some more Itty Bitty Buds.

Luckily it was time for lunch after that otherwise the whole house might have been covered in ditsy print!

Supplies for the card
Stamps: Itty Bitty Buds (hostess set), Schoolbook Serif Alphabet
Ink: Melon Mambo, Garden Green, Brilliant Blue, Cameo Coral, Taken With Teal
Card stock: Whisper White, Melon Mambo
Other: Scallop border punch, Playground designer buttons

Itty Bitty Buds has to be my favourite and most-used hostess sets ever! Hostess sets aren't available to buy - you get to earn them when you have a stamping party. And there has never been a better time to do so, because when you host a party in June and July, Stampin' Up have added an extra £20 of free products to the already generous goodies you can earn! Find out more here.

I'd love to come and demonstrate at your party - why not give me a call?
