Fast and Fabulous thank you

I've been meaning to show you today's card for a while now - ever since tulips were a feature of my life back in the spring in fact! Come and see:

This is such a useful layout which I return to often. The formula is to stamp a panel with an image, layer it on a contrasting panel and then, using dimensionals, pop the result up onto a card base that's been stamped with a small stamp in a pale colour. Works every time!

I used the sumptuous level 2 hostess set Fast and Fabulous for this particular card and a fresh colour scheme of Rose Red with a couple of greens.

Here's a close-up of the flower image. Don't you just love how effective two-step stamping is?

Supplies needed for this project:
Stamps: Fast and Fabulous, Thank You Kindly (sentiment)
Ink: Rose Red, Always Artichoke, Certainly Celery
Card stock: Whisper White, Certainly Celery
Other: Stamp-a-majig
You can buy any of these supplies from me and I can have them delivered to your address in the UK. Just send me an email or give me a call on 01280 820593.

I am dedicating this card to all those lovely people who have left me messages of support while I've been voice-challenged. My voice came back a little today although I still sound like a Star Wars villain according to the boys. Excellent for saying things like "Clean your teeth or die!" and "Your lack of patience disturbs me!" The thing that bothers me most is not being able to sing although I should imagine it's more of a special treat to those around me!

Thank you for visiting me today. I shall be back for Three Minute Thursday tomorrow and I do hope you can join me then. Yours croakily,
