I love this beautiful little flower sprig - you might have noticed! I've stamped it here in Wisteria Wonder and Concord Crush and added a popped up frame made from Elegant Eggplant run through my Big Shot with the Square Lattice embossing folder.
Popping the frame up makes it easy to slide my Concord Crush ribbon through. This ribbon is just gorgeous! It's beautifully textured and has this really pretty stitched feature on the edges. I felt a bow would have been too bulky for this card so I snipped the ribbon at an angle and tied it with a piece of linen thread.
I love how delicate the little flower sprig looks and I've added a little definition with my markers to emphasise it. The card needed a sentiment but I didn't want anything to overpower the flowers so I chose this little 'thanks so much' from Tiny Tags.
Supplies needed for this card:
Stamps: Fruit and Flowers, Tiny Tags
Ink: Concord Crush, Wisteria Wonder
Card stock: Naturals Ivory, Elegant Eggplant
Other: Markers, Square Lattice embossing folder, stitched-poly ribbon in Concord Crush, linen thread, stamp-a-majig

You'll be happy to hear (well I hope you will anyway!) that I'm back on my pins and my little Florence Nightingales are free to get up to mischief again! On Sunday, they arranged me on the sofa (as I do them when they're not well) and we watched 'On the Town' together. We all thoroughly enjoyed seeing Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra and their pals singing and dancing their way through the film and the children are keen to watch more old hollywood films. They said they liked the film because it felt 'fun' and 'happy' so, to all those film makers out there (because naturally they're reading my blog LOL!), please note that not all children aged 10-16 are into death, destruction and horror!
Thank you for looking here today. I'll be back tomorrow with a project made with some new and absolutely gorgeous things from the new mini catalogue! Hope to see you then,
So beautiful! Love all the purple and the way you showcased the image. Very nice.
