Hello crafting pals!
Since it was way too hot to be outside today, I had a little crafty moment :)
Another CAS card making challenge has caught my eye! CAS Colours and Sketches run alternate sketch and colour challenges every Tuesday and looks FUN! Here's this week's sketch:
And here is my take on it:
This card was made using the retired Stampin' Up set Holiday Home. It's a Christmas/Halloween/House move set which I'm pleased got left behind in The Great Craft Stash Robbery! I stamped two of the tall house image, water coloured them, snipped them out and positioned them on the card base.
The 'happy new home' sentiment was far too tiny to work with this layout so I cunningly stamped it three times in a row, added lines either side with a fineliner and cut the strip out. Hey presto! A longer, more prominent sentiment! To finish, I added a punched heart decorated with twine and some punched little door knobs.
If anyone is interested, the stash rebuild has begun! There's been a little bit of ebay bargain hunting, a little bit of Stampin' Up replacement, and some shopping at a fabulous online shop (more on that soon.) I can't wait to show you! *does excited jigging*

DeleteGorgeous card, Vicky. If the address I have for you is still correct, I have some craft stash to gift you which is laying around redundant since I've switched to parchment craft xoxo
