FTL93 challenge

Due to the sudden increase in parties, picnics and barbecues in this neck of the woods, I wondered if I'd have time to do the Friday sketch on the Clean and Simple Stamping site! But I was up early this morning so I thought I'd have a play. It was so peaceful, with the French doors open and the morning sunshine streaming in - how lucky am I?

Here's this week's sketch...

... and here's what I came up with:

I never really knew what to do with Glorious Green until I tried it with Taken with Teal - they complement each other perfectly. Here, the flourish from Baroque Motifs was stamped onto a scrap of left-over Cottage Wall designer paper and matted onto Glorious Green card stock. I added some Whisper White leaves punched out with the two-step bird punch and a couple of Taken With Teal flowers punched out with the Boho Blossoms punch, doodled on with a white gel pen and finished with a silver brad each. The card was finished with a sentiment matted onto a Taken with Teal banner.

Supplies
Stamps: Baroque Motifs, Trendy Trees (sentiment)
Ink: Glorious Green
Card stock: Whisper White, Glorious Green, Taken With Teal
Other: Cottage Wall DP, Two-step Bird and BohoBlossoms punches, white gel pen, silver brads

Right! Time for me to swan off to another party dahlings!
Have a lovely day.
