More ways to use Stampin' Up designer paper on cards and gift packaging

Stampin' Up has a variety of designer papers and all of them coordinate with the company's colour families - which makes matching inks, card stock and papers really easy!  But how do you use them? Come and see:

Sometimes a little designer paper goes a long way on cards. Here I've chosen two designs from Confetti Celebration and trimmed them into a background strip. The medallion is from Amazing Birthday and normally says 'it's for you' so I just added the 'thank' from a different set.

I added candy dots and a punched flower in accent colours. TIP: Do you ever wonder how to choose accent colours? Well those nice people at Stampin' Up have made that easy for you as well! The colours used in the designer paper pack have been listed next to each paper pack in the catalogue.

Some designs lend themselves to particular uses and the yellow paper here makes a perfect belly band for the Gift Card Envelope die with the same medallion motif as the card.

Why not have a look at all the beautiful papers and imagine what you could make with them!

We're planning another games evening for when my daughter comes home this weekend and the boys and I have been discussing nibbles to keep our strength up. Garlic prawns and spicy chicken on skewers got nods of approval and cucumber and goat cheese nibbles were okayed too but when my youngest son offered to make his speciality, Mozzarella Bites, my eldest son brought him down to earth. "That's just cubes of Mozzarella!" he said. "Yes, but on toothpicks!" said my youngest son triumphantly.

See you tomorrow for more crafting fun!
